For Koton's internal social media communication, I developed a design language inspired by the five primary colors that represent the brand's core values. Design elements were crafted based on the thrush motif found in the Koton logo. These designs incorporate vibrant graphics, with a focus on white to create a clean and modern foreground. I prepared content highlighting employee motivation, celebrations of newly opened stores, Throwback Thursday (TBT) posts, events for employees, and their career journeys within the company.
